Tashi Donnelly is an artist, writer and animator born and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau. Working in digital and traditional mediums she experiments with self-reflection and analysis which colour the themes and characters who fumble their way through her comic strips where - she hopes - any and everyone will find a familiar little piece of themselves in another's personal story. Cats with wise words and diary entries are all part of the bizarre narrative unfolding in her surreal autobiographical comic strips. She currently has several self-published zines, many online comic strips, and a few animated music videos. She plans on breaking into the illustration and graphic novel world in the near future.
