This painting started off a small sketch/study I did at the natural museum. The Idea behind it has to do with temptation and endurance. We all have a sweet tooth, and it has evolutionary roots behind it's existence. When food was scarce and we find a bounty, we must eat it all, because there might be none tomorrow. But in an age where food is abundant and we have adaptation from these dark ages of scarcity, we must learn to tame our gut feeling and move on to what really matters
